All of our items are sourced from credible places or trusted individuals. We also have an expert on our team who carefully checks and authenticates all goods, so you can shop with confidence, knowing that all items are genuine and authentic.

Shipping

  • How long does it take to dispatch my order?
    Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your item is on its way!

  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, we ship worldwide!

  • How much is shipping?
    We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for each region. Comme Please will absorb any extra costs beyond the stated rate, ensuring that you get the most affordable shipping option available.

  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping generally takes 1-3 weeks for most orders, as this is the most affordable option we offer. However, please note that during the holiday period, there may be further delays of 1-2 weeks due to high demand and shipping volume.

  • What happens if my item doesn't arrive within the expected time?
    If your item does not arrive within 6-7 weeks, it may have been returned to the sender. If that happens, you’ll have the option to either pay for a reshipment or request a refund.

  • How will I know if my order has been shipped?
    Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your package until it arrives.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
    If you need to update your shipping address, please DM or email us as soon as possible. We can modify the address before your order has been shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, as we are still a small business. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Payment Methods

At the moment, we only accept PayPal. You can pay through PayPal via credit card or your existing PayPal balance.
If you're located in Singapore and would like to use PayNow or PayLah, please DM us directly, and we'll assist you.
